Structure of the building - horizontal and, if required, vertical moisture barriers - outer walls consisting of at least 15 cm aireated concrete (e.g. Ytong) with proven, excellent standards of insulation - inner walls of masoned 10 cm aireated concrete in accordance with the structural calculations - ceilings made of reinforced beams - roofed over patios with borders in accordance with the plans
