With the purchase
With the purchase we settle all bureaucratic affairs in the necessary offices, authorities and the military authority in Izmir, which are necessary during the land register entry for the customers.
(notary costs, entry costs, fees, place of the sales contract, ect.)
Cost approx.: € 450,-
And by locking a housing management contract we settle:
- Payment of all calculations e.g. telephone, water, electric.
- Payment to the municepality. Garbage-expenses (once annually).
- Completion of forms.
- Payment of the real estate tax (once annually).
- Periodic control of the dwelling.
- Craftsman service.
